How to make vegan “wheat meat” seitan

My favorite seitan recipe to date: tasty, chewy, easy to slice & SAVOR! Kids, try this at home! When you prepare it yourself, you always know what goes into your food, and subsequently, what goes into your body and nourishes your cells. Feed yourself from within.

This vegan meat is more like ‘chicken style’ protein. You can cut it into pieces, cutlets or thin slices. Versatile a lot?
