“Spirulina can really help people with allergic rhinitis. Studies show that spirulina works by increasing levels of cytokines and interferons – immune system signals that send alerts to immune “fighters”. The result is fewer allergy symptoms, especially for people with allergic rhinitis,” writes Lovneet.

Lovneet talks about the benefits of coconut oil. “Coconut oil works wonders in seasonal allergies because the lauric acid present in coconut has antifungal, anti-allergic and immunity-boosting properties,” writes the nutritionist.

At the end, Lovneet concluded by saying, “Doing supplements can allow you to reduce inflammation and allergic reaction to savor the season, rather than sneeze through it.”
