Penne pasta cream cheese recipe

For the pasta:

3/4 cup penne or any paste

1/2 teaspoon of salt

4-5 cups of water

For the vegetables:

1/2 teaspoon of oil

1/4 cup chopped carrot

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped broccoli

Salt to taste

To prepare the white sauce:

1½ tablespoons of butter

1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic

1½ tablespoons of Maida (all-purpose flour)

1½ cup of milk (250 ml)

JK Italian seasoning

JK red pepper flakes

JK Burnt Garlic Seasoning

JK Salt Pepper Mix


Take 4 to 5 cups of water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat.

Add the pasta to the boiling water and add ½ teaspoon of salt to it.

Boil the pasta until tender but firm to the bite (al-dente).

Drain excess water from cooked pasta by transferring it to a colander or using a colander.

Take a frying pan and add ½ teaspoon of oil to it and let it sizzle a little over high heat.

Add ¼ cup of chopped broccoli, ¼ cup of chopped red pepper, ¼ cup of chopped green pepper, cup of chopped carrot and salt to taste.

Fry the vegetables until half-cooked (a bit crunchy) and set aside.

Heat 1½ tablespoon of butter in the same pan, add 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic and sauté.

Add 1½ tablespoon of all-purpose flour (maida) to the pot

Stir the mixture for a while, add 1½ cups of milk and continue to stir with a whisk.

Stir and whisk the mixture until it gives a thick creamy texture.

Add the pasta, sautéed vegetables and cook for a few minutes over medium heat.

Turn off the heat, rotate and grind JK Italian Seasoning, JK Burnt Garlic Seasoning directly onto the pasta and mix well. Finally, sprinkle JK Red Chilli Flakes and JK Pepper Salt Mix to taste.

Pour it into a serving bowl and add grated cheese on top (optional).

Serve it hot with garlic bread.
