According to Dr. Bhavsar, papaya is rich in potency and effectively balances vata and kapha. “It’s also rich in antioxidants (beta-carotene), which makes it wonderful for skin conditions, and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, and vitamins C, E, and A.
